From extremely challenging beginnings in life, Zenkei worked hard to earn his
place in the sun. He went from emotional reactivity to emotional stability,
high-school dropout to university professor, financial struggles to financial
freedom and from an overall dark existence to a joyful and luminous one.
After 20 years of intense efforts in the business world, founding and operating
4 companies and restructuring more than 300 corporations spanning 50
industries in 12 countries, Zenkei thought he had finally made it. Yet, fate had
more in store for him and as he battled one life-threatening condition after
the other, his outlook on life was profoundly transformed.
In 2017 he decided to gradually walk away from it all to share with people what
now mattered the most to him: love, happiness and freedom.
Encouraged by his Buddhist masters to follow that direction, he created The
Fudoshin Institute, a not-for-profit organization that teaches a more conscious
form of leadership to the people he knew best: executives and professionals.
During the pandemic in 2020, getting acquainted with Virtual Reality, Zenkei
realized that many people were interested to learn how they could transform
their lives through the application of Buddhist teachings and meditation. He
decided to renew with his hi-tech roots and created this Virtual Reality Samgha
as a way for practitioners from all around the world to come and bond
together while sharing an intimate learning experience.
The rest is history in the making…
